Watertite Plumbing & Heating Ltd began in 2004 when we realised there was a gap in the market for a plumbing company that genuinely cares about the customer.
We’re a family run business, and family is important to us. And no matter how big, or small, we see all of our customers as part of our extended family.
Issues with your plumbing and central heating systems can bring your home to a standstill. And when that happens, you want a plumber you can trust to fix the problem, safely and quickly.
At Watertite, we don’t just fix the symptoms but solve the underlying problem. As much as we love to see our customers, we always aim to provide long-lasting and sustainable solutions, so you’re not calling us back up every Winter – although we’re always available for a chat.

We weren’t always plumbers. We’ve got degrees in engineering, and have worked in restoration and door to door sales. The one thing that drew us all to this line of service is to provide the kind of service that we felt was missing in the plumbing industry in Bristol.
We wanted to create a company that genuinely cares about the customer. So that’s what we did.
