Watertite first opened its doors in 2004 when we realised there was a gap in the market for a plumbing company that genuinely cares about the customer.
We’re a family run business, and family is important to us. And no matter how big, or small, we see all of our customers as part of our extended family.

At Watertite, we don’t just fix the symptoms but solve the underlying problem. As much as we love to see our customers, we always aim to provide long-lasting and sustainable solutions, so you’re not calling us back every winter.

We weren’t always plumbers. We’ve got degrees in engineering, and have worked in restoration and also other trades. The one thing that drew us to this line of work is to provide the kind of service that we felt was missing in the heating and plumbing industry in Bristol.
We wanted to create a company that genuinely cares about the customer. So that’s what we did.

You can book our services directly online at your own convenience, and as a result we have an excellent grip on our schedule – which means we don’t overcommit and underdeliver. We only take on as much work as we can handle, predominantly gas related jobs, and we are happy to recommend other trusted service providers if necessary.
